1 Deadline for return
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason.
2 Return procedure
Return the completed form with the goods to the address below:

3 Costs and reimbursement of payments
The direct cost of returning the goods (shipping) is paid by the Buyer. The funds will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the product.
4 Return restrictions
According to Article 38(5) of the Law on Consumer Rights, the right of return does not apply to goods delivered in sealed packaging that have been opened (for hygienic and health reasons).
