Important information regarding your cosmetics!
Cosmetic products are sensitive to temperature changes. Pick up your shipment as soon as possible without exposing your cosmetics to unnecessary overheating or freezing at a parcel or parcel pick-up point.

Forms of payment
We guarantee fully secure, instant transactions. Payments in our store are handled by an external, certified system Tpay (National Payment Integrator S.A.).

You have 7 working days to pay for your order. After this time, we will contact you, setting an additional deadline, after which, if unsuccessful, the order will be automatically canceled. Order processing begins immediately after the payment is credited.
Important information on deliveries
- Notifications: On the day of shipment, you will receive an email or SMS from us with confirmation and a link to track your package.
- Inspecting the package: please inspect the delivered package. If you notice any loss or damage to the package, you have the right to request the InPost courier to write a damage report.
- Absence on delivery (Courier): If the courier does not find you at the address indicated, he will leave an advice letter or contact you by phone. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, you will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery date and cost.
